Tribute / Story
: I only learned this morning that Jody had gone on to his rewards in heaven. The impact of this loss of a friend and genealogist has about put me in shock. I suppose my first thoughts were that now he is with those ancestors he worked so hard to locate and to share with all of us.
We're all suffered a tremendous loss. Thank you for keeping this site online so that Jody's work will be shared with so many. May God surround you with His Many Blessings.

: I met Jody a few years ago over the internet when I was working on my Adkins line. He was a delight and very very helpful. I recently lost a dear little cousin (10 years old) to a brain tumor. She, too, loved family history. I do hope they have had a chance to meet in heaven. I was just checking out Jody's site and had not known of his death. My prayers are with the family. : I find myself thinking about Jody a lot lately. I'm not sure why or how it came up, but he's in my thoughts. It's almost like i feel like he's just a phone call away or will suddenly answer my emails. How could it be that two years have already passed by? I miss him a lot!

: I can't believe that it has been 2 years now, since we lost Jody. Time passes but the memory of Jody does not.
Jody you are missed by so many. It is a tribute to you that shows how many people's lives you touched in the short time you were here with us.
We all miss you buddy.
