Tribute / Story
: Having left Hillsville many years ago, this is the first I had heard of Jody's death. What a great loss. He was a wonderful and very intelligent person. He was the person the Carroll County Class of 1994 thought would really make something of himself and possibly change the world. He was a great person who knew exactly when to tease you or say the right thing to make you feel better. I so fondly remember the days spent warding off comments by both Jody and Brad Dalton in regards to my wardrobe and personality. I am very sorry to hear of this news and I know Jody is in a much better place now. God Bless!
